Two out of three isn't bad

We've been so busy making improvements to our customer service lately that I've completely omitted to keep our forum up to date.  How does that saying about 'best laid plans' go, again?  Of course, we're always striving to be better, faster and stronger and there are lots of things in the pipeline which we're excited about and which I hope to be able to write about in the coming months.

You'll probably have already seen the big changes since my last post.  The main one being the change to our household gas prices.  From the end of March we cut gas unit prices, adjusted the fixed charge elements in bills and removed any extra charges on single fuel and pay as you go tariffs compared to our standard tariffs.  As a result, Atlantic customers now pay around 5% less for their gas than customers of British Gas.  And our pay as you go tariff is now the lowest in Great Britain.

If you haven't already noticed the new look Atlantic website, you should take a look.  We've spent a long time and a lot of effort making it more customer friendly and easier for you to find your way around.  Let me know what you think of it or if there's anything else you'd like to see on the site.

We've also recently added an Atlantic Twitter page, as one more way you can get in touch with us.  It's early days yet, but we're hoping to keep you updated with any news or information on there too.

So there's a brief catch-up for you, but I promise to keep writing regular updates to the forum from now on and look forward to letting you know about everything else we've got planned nearer the time.
